How long does it take to customize a Jersey?
The order is shipped out up to 4 Days after the order is placed for custom printing, but depending on pending orders it could be shipped out the same day. See chart below for shipping timelines on custom printed jerseys. Note for an item that isn’t customized it will be shipped out the same day if ordered by 2 pm CST.

How should I wash my Custom Printed Jersey?
- Turn jersey inside out.
- Machine wash COLD, using mild detergent.
- Don’t use bleach.
- Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines.
- Do not dry clean.
Can I Ship My Jersey(s) to MXPrints for Custom Printing?

Can I Add my Sponsor to the front of my Jersey?
Yes, we can add any sponsor logo to the Front of your Jersey. Please call us at 888-330-4002 or email us at sales@mxprints.com
Shipping policy for Orders of $100 or More.
On orders of $100 or more, shipping is free Fed-Ex Ground in the lower 48 states only on non custom printed orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 pm CST. All custom printed orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2 pm CST, will be printed and shipped, via Fed-Ex Ground Shipping, from our facility within 48 hours, excluding holidays., They should arrive within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, excluding holidays, will ship the following Monday.
Shipping policy for Orders Under $100.
On orders $99.99 and under will be an $8 shipping fee for Fed-Ex Home Delivery service. This is a residential delivery service, with deliveries Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
What about Backorders?
If an item you order is on back-order, the entire order will be held until all items are in-stock to ship. However, if you would like to have the items in-stock shipped immediately, the back-ordered items will be shipped Fed-Ex Ground once they become available

What about returns?
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Apparel may not be returned in used condition unless defective or unless covered by manufacturers warranty.
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Incorrect Item Delivered
If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.
Wrong Size
If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like shoes or gloves, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are at customer expense.
Customized Products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept products back once they have been personalized. If there was a misprint on MXPrints part, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.
